You are permitted to bring ONE sealed 500ML bottle of water per person which can be refilled on site. All other drinks must be purchased on the premises. You may leave and re-enter the venue providing your hand has been stamped. Please note that the nearest ATM machine is on Canterbury Road outside Tesco Express around 3 minutes walk away. Small picnics are permitted at this event however you will need to allow extra time to unpack your picnic for security checks on arrival.

SET TIMES

Artists will perform at published times throughout the day and leaflets handed to you on arrival will show the running order of performances. Please note, as is the nature of such music festivals, performance times may be subject to amendment for a number of reasons beyond our control. There are no part/half day tickets available for this event.

CHAIRS/SEATING/VIP

At music festivals the majority of people stand to watch the acts on the main stage (particularly as the day progresses).  You're more than welcome to bring collapsible single-seating camping chairs (no picnic blankets or tables please) for the grassy areas around the perimeter of the site. Please do not bring umbrellas to site. The VIP area is positioned so as not to be too close to the stage to be noisy, but provides a good view of the stage also. If there are particular acts that you would like to see closer to the stage, the VIP area can be used as a base throughout - simply come and go as you please and show your wristband to staff at the VIP entrance.

IMPORTANT:

Please do not place collapsible furniture at the front near the main stage, as this area will be very busy, and again, complaints cannot be upheld if you have placed collapsible furniture in an area we have warned would be busy with people standing, watching, or dancing. You will be asked to remove any of these items by our security team if they are seen near the main stage. There will be limited seating around some of the food and drinks areas also.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Although there is no on-site parking at this event, once inside the venue, the grounds are wheelchair-friendly and there will be disabled toilets on site. The main stage is located on a grassy area however, and although generally suitable for wheelchair users the grass is uneven in places. Do contact one of our many stewards should you need any assistance.
